You’ll also be assigned a leadership development mentor who reflects your niche within the Higossis world. Skincare storytellers, aesthetic analysts, glam educators—your learning will be contextualized by those who understand your language and landscape.

The Leadership Excellence Program is based out of our headquarters at 3569 Grant Street, Dallas, Texas, 75247. However, our hybrid structure ensures you can participate from anywhere with access to live virtual sessions, local breakout meets (when applicable), and downloadable resources.
